XeroTunes reads embedded lyrics and external .lrc files, scrolling synced lyrics line by line as the track plays. Open the ID3 tags of any file to see exactly what you have, down to sample rate, bit depth and bitrate.

Check out new features early! Expect occasional bumps hear and there, but feel free to help us report anything broken on GitHub. This is a seperate app so it won't interfere with your stable install.

Which file to grab. Take the .deb on Ubuntu, Debian, Mint and Pop!_OS, and the .rpm on Fedora, RHEL and openSUSE; both pull in what they need. The .zip is for everything else and installs nothing, so you are on the hook for the libraries it expects.

No ARM builds on Linux. Raspberry Pi, Asahi Linux and ARM virtual machines can't run XeroTunes yet. (Apple silicon Macs can — that build is macOS-only.)

Distro not in the list? If your vendor still ships it security updates and it isn't Alpine, it will run. Ask in the Discord and someone will check with you.
